Lister Meile

The Lister Meile is one of Hannover's most popular shopping streets and the vibrant heart of the trendy List district. The largely car-free pedestrian street runs from Lister Platz to Weißekreuzplatz and is lined with independent boutiques, bookshops, cafés, bars and restaurants offering great culinary variety. In good weather, half of List sits at the street cafés. A colourful weekly market is held here on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
