The Red Thread - City Walk

The Red Thread is Hannover's most ingenious city guide: a 4.2 km red line painted on the sidewalk that passes 36 sights. With the accompanying booklet (from the tourist office) the city reveals itself - from the main station via the town hall, old town and Leine Palace to the Maschpark. We walk the route in about three hours with breaks.

Best time to visit: All year round - the line runs mostly through the city and works in any weather
